Shopping online with Zark Merch is safe and secure as we use Paypal only.

Delivery

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, however we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail.

Cancellations  & Returns

If you need to cancel your order, cancellation must be sent to us in writing to sales@zarkmerch.co.uk We cannot, however, accept a cancellation request if your goods have already been dispatched. We pride ourselves on only sending the highest quality products to our customers but should you have a complaint you are entitled to a statutory period in which to return the products if they are defective. The right to cancel any order arises seven days after the Products are received by the Customer. Please let us know in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. All products must be in new condition. Any items returned are at the buyers expense.
